To qualified for a Mandarin teacher at Toronto Mandarin School, you must
- demonstrate genuine interest in teaching and dedication to helping students learn
- have at least three years teaching experience, preferable language teaching
- university graduate, preferable major in education, literacy, media and communication
- have sound knowledge of Chinese language and literacy
- able to design course outline and work independently in a supportive team environment
- an energized person who loves working with students of different background
- a native Mandarin speaker with neutral accent
- good English communication skills (LINC Level 6 & up)
- Organized, responsible and hard working
